Running with the Game Days truly made me understand the importance of arch support and that feeling of stability having the Game Days underfoot has made want to never go back to using these cheap paperweight insoles these footwear brands use by default ever again.

— DY bought Game Day

Move insoles are the best insoles I've used so far. Was having painful plantar fasciitis and made the switch over to move insoles. Nearly instantly pain relief and solved my issue that I'd been putting off. I switch them over from basketball shoes, to running, to lifting.

— Taylor L bought Game Day

Great for every day use and medium intensity running. Moulds great to foot.

— Chean N bought Game Day

I was having some knee pain after basketball and running. Got these and the knee pain is gone.

— Scott bought Game Day

Comfortable and no pain in the arch area of the foot. MOVE is always worth it!

How do I know if I need running insoles?

Insoles help alleviate pain, not just discomfort. Sharp or lingering pain, especially in the heel, may indicate plantar fasciitis or heel striking. While insoles can help, consult a sports physician or podiatrist for a full treatment plan, which may include physical therapy or rest.

How long does it take to break in my insoles?

Our insoles can take a few days to adjust to. We recommend wearing them for short periods at first—maybe a couple of hours a day—and gradually increasing wear time as your feet get used to the support. If they feel firm initially, that's normal! Your feet just need time to adapt.

Should I size up or down my insoles?

We recommend ordering the size you usually wear in your sneakers. Our insoles run full-sized so our full and half size are the exact same

How often do I need to replace my insoles?

It really depends on the frequency of use, but it is recommended to replace aftermarket orthotics around 6 months. We provide high-quality and durable insoles, but they still have a lifecycle. Even custom orthotics need regular replacing since friction, sweat, and continued mileage will all contribute to wear and tear.

However, replacement may be needed sooner depending on usage. If you notice signs of wear—such as a faded top cloth, reduced comfort, or less support—it might be time for a new pair.
